You never need an appointment to bring your bike into The Hub Bicycles, but we need to see your bike before we can work on it. However, inspection appointments can help your bike move through our service center faster. At our busiest, we can take in up to 16 bikes each day which creates quite the backlog.
If you make an inspection appointment on our website 48 hours before you plan on bringing your bike in, you will usually be the first in line for inspection once you drop your bike off.
If you are in a rush or would rather not have a full inspection done, just let us know what service you want done to your bike and we will get it in the schedule!
