#spokesofthehub Mike Adang just recently turned 70. He celebrated by having us do some work on his favorite gravel bike. One of the things we most enjoy about Mike’s shop visits are the stories he tells us about his adventures. Mike’s cycling game is as strong as it ever was. He averages about 150 miles a week on two wheels which is impressive for anyone regardless of age. He races this beautiful whip in some of the most challenging gravel races in our region. He particularly loves riding in the Union Point/Greensboro area. He also travels to China to teach. When he does he has a fun folding bike we helped him restore that he takes with him to ensure he still gets his miles in each week. . How many miles a week do you average?
