#spokesofthehub Sometimes we are as excited for our customers when they get a new bike upgrade as they are. Linda ordered her bike when we were still doing service outside under a tent due to COVID. That’s been about a year and a half she’s been waiting for this bike to arrive. (Thankfully supply chain is beginning to catch up) When she ordered it she knew exactly what she wanted. Thankfully, she was willing to wait. She and Sarah H have been in constant communication over her long wait. When it arrived we got it built and Sarah did a happy dance as she sent the email to tell her it had arrived. When she walked in the door we’re not sure whose smile was bigger!
